1. Introduction
Pixinity AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI image generation and editing service. By using Pixinity AI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Account Information (via Google Sign-In)
When you sign in with Google, we receive:
- Your email address
- Your name
- Your profile picture
We do not have access to your Google password or other Google account data beyond what you authorize.
2.2. Content You Create
- Text Prompts: The descriptions you enter to generate images
- Generated Images: All images created using our service
- Reference Images: Images you upload for editing or as generation references
- Edit History: Records of image transformations and edits
2.3. Usage & Technical Data
- Usage Patterns: Features used, generation frequency, quality tiers selected
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution
- IP Address: Used for security, fraud prevention, and approximate location
- Cookies: Session management and preference storage
2.4. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by DodoPayments. We receive confirmation of successful payments and transaction IDs, but we never see, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information.

Processing your prompts, generating images, storing your creations, and managing your credits
Creating your account, authenticating logins, tracking credit balance, and processing purchases
Analyzing usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and enhance user experience
Detecting fraud, preventing abuse, enforcing content policies, and protecting users
Sending service updates, security alerts, and responding to support requests
Meeting legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from authorities
4. AI Training & Your Content
Important: We want to be transparent about how your content is used:
- Your images are yours. We do not use your specific generated images or prompts to train AI models.
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data (such as overall usage statistics) to improve our service quality.
- Our third-party AI providers may have their own data practices - see Section 5 for details.
- Content flagged for policy violations may be reviewed by our team to improve safety systems.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Google for secure authentication. Google shares your basic profile information with us based on your Google account settings. Review Google's Privacy Policy.
Your prompts and reference images are sent to AI providers to generate images. These providers process your content on their infrastructure. Review fal.ai's Privacy Policy.
All payment processing is handled by DodoPayments. They collect payment information directly and never share your card details with us.
Your generated images are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure with encryption at rest.
6. Data Sharing
We share your information only in these cases:
- Service Providers: With trusted partners who help operate our service (AI providers, cloud hosting, payment processing)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
- Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Pixinity AI, our users, or others
- Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you would be notified)
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
We will NEVER:
- Sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers
- Share your images publicly without your explicit permission
- Use your content for purposes unrelated to providing the service
7. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- Generated Images: Stored indefinitely until you delete them or your account
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 2 years for analytics and security
- Payment Records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years)
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is legally required.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption at rest for stored images and data
- Secure authentication via Google OAuth
- Regular security reviews and updates
- Access controls limiting employee data access
While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
9. Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: View and download your generated images at any time
- Delete: Delete individual images or your entire account
- Export: Download all your images for personal backup
- Correction: Update your account information through Google
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (service emails may still be sent)

10. Cookies
We use essential cookies to:
- Keep you logged in during your session

11. Children's Privacy
Pixinity AI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete such information.
12. International Users
Pixinity AI operates from India. If you access our service from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Pixinity AI, you consent to this transfer.
13. Regional Privacy Rights
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt-out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and objection to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our service. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
